Clark David Gardner, 80, of Sault Ste. Marie, MI passed away peacefully on March 17, 2022 in Sault Ste. Marie, MI with his sister Doris Nelson and great niece Brandy King at his side. He was born July 1, 1941 on Neebish Island, MI the son of Charles and Violet (Perry) Gardner. Clark never married nor had children he loved life to the fullest and had many important people and family in his life. Clark is survived by his sister, Doris Nelson; special niece, Barbara Gould; nephews, Cecil Cairns, Gary Cairns, Francis Gardner, George Krough, and Teddy Krough; great nieces, Charity Colwell, Grayce and Shelby McCoy. Clark is preceded in his death by his parents; brother, James Gardner; sisters, Neva Cairns, Grace Gardner, and Alice Walls. Visitation will be Friday March 25, 2022 from 11:00am until the time of the funeral service at 1:00pm at the Sault Tribe Cultural Center with Father Romeo Cappella officiating. Clark Hovie Galer Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
