Sherry Lyn Bottomley Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Sherry Lyn (Botelho) Bottomley, age 47, of Kincheloe, Michigan, died at her home on February 15, 2023. She was born in Fall River, Massachusetts, on July 13, 1975, to her mother, Gayle Botelho. Sherry grew up in Fall River and graduated from Portsmouth High School in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Born with a natural love for cooking, she started cooking for local restaurants all over the area. She met Chad S. Bottomley while she worked at Papa Gino’s and they married on June 13, 2003, in New Bedford, Massachusetts. They moved to Kincheloe in March of 2012 and she worked at the Main Street Café in Pickford, Michigan, as well as at the Huron Main with her son. She would later retire after her epilepsy diagnosis. Sherry had a passion for cooking and baking. She also enjoyed hiking with Chad and reading. Sherry is survived by her husband, Chad; son, Noah Botelho of Kincheloe; daughter, Rose-Lyn Bottomley of Kincheloe; and sisters, Tiffany Schnieder of Rhode Island and Heather Broughen of Florida. Sherry is preceded in death by her mother, Gayle. Services will be announced at a later date. Galer Funeral Home of Pickford, Michigan, is service the family.
