The floral arrangement was very nice. I was informed that gladiolas would not be there due to the florist not having them. The gladiolas were were replaced with something a lot less attractive and hardly budding. You would think there would be a credit for not using what was one of the main flowers. Also during the ordering process which was done directly from the Funeral Home site you needed to know the address and zip so you needed to navigate back or have another device to fill in. Why?

The flowers were beautiful and as advertised. And they arrived on time. There were a couple of issues. First, the Ribbon that we ordered was not there and not on the flowers. Secondly, the note outlining who the flowers were from was handwritten instead of typed. It was the only such one of those delivered.
